PVH Associates Investment Plan for Residents of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (the “Registrant”) is unable to timely file its Form 11-K for the year ended December 31, 2021 (the “2021 11-K”) without unreasonable effort or expense as a result of the Registrant’s transition to a new auditor and the related audit procedures required under applicable professional standards. The Registrant intends to file the 2021 11-K within the timeframe mandated by Rule 12b-25.
