The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of PVH Corp. (the “Company”) declared on October 30, 2024 a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on December 18, 2024 to stockholders of record on November 27, 2024.

A press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
