The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of PVH Corp. (the “Company”) declared on August 5, 2026 a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share on the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable on September 23, 2026 to stockholders of record on September 2, 2026.

 

A press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
